Shipping policy

At Podstata jednoduché formy, every sculpture is carefully prepared and packaged before it leaves our hands.
We currently ship orders within the Czech Republic, throughout the European Union and to Ukraine.
1. Shipping within the Czech Republic
Shipping cost: 140 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Orders are shipped using our selected domestic delivery services.
2. Shipping within the European Union
Shipping cost: 300 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
We deliver to countries throughout the European Union.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping to Ukraine
Shipping cost: 300 CZK
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Shipments to Ukraine may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the relevant authorities.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery time.
4. Free Shipping
We provide free standard shipping for orders with a total product value of:
3,500 CZK or more
The free shipping threshold applies to the value of the products in the order and does not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by authorities.
5. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
The delivery times stated above refer to the period after the order has been dispatched.
In exceptional circumstances, additional processing time may be required.
If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available for the selected delivery service, tracking information may be sent to you by email after your order has been dispatched.
7. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure or additional delivery costs, we may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution.
8. Failed or Uncollected Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the package within the carrier's applicable collection period, the package may be returned to us.

9. Damaged Packages
Our sculptures are carefully packaged because they are handmade art objects.
If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package and contacting us as soon as possible.
If the sculpture itself has been damaged during transportation, please contact:

Please include your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
10. Delivery Delays
The delivery times stated in this policy are estimates.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, extreme weather, strikes, public restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Such delays do not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
11. International and Customs Information
For deliveries outside the European Union, including Ukraine, the recipient may be responsible for:
• import duties;
• import VAT or other taxes;
• customs clearance fees;
• other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the standard shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise.
