Refund policy

At Podstata jednoduché formy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Every sculpture we offer is handmade and carefully inspected before being shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the conditions described below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase products as a consumer through our online store, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
The withdrawal period begins on the day following the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

You may use your own wording when notifying us of your withdrawal. We recommend including your order number, name and the products you wish to return.
2. Returning the Product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the product back within 14 days of notifying us.

Please package the sculpture carefully. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
3. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
As our sculptures are handmade art objects, please take particular care to avoid scratches, breakage, stains, modifications or other damage.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For a standard withdrawal from the purchase contract, the cost of returning the product is covered by Podstata jednoduché formy.
Please contact us at podstatajednoducheformy@gmail.com before sending the product back so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund without undue delay.
The refund will generally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
We will refund the payment using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Where required by applicable law, the refund will also include the cost of the original standard delivery method.
We are not required to refund additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your sculpture arrives damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered products remain unaffected by this policy.
7. Exchanges
We may offer an exchange for another available sculpture where possible.
If you would like to exchange a product for another available piece from our collection, please contact us before returning the product.
The replacement sculpture must be currently available in our collection.
All sculptures offered through our store are already completed and available for purchase. We do not manufacture or modify individual pieces according to customer specifications.
8. Products Made to Customer Specifications
Our sculptures are standard products from our existing collection and are not produced or modified according to individual customer requirements.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore applies to our standard products unless a specific statutory exception applies.
9. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable Czech or European Union law.
Your statutory rights relating to defective products, conformity of goods, complaints and applicable remedies remain unaffected.
